Hey there, this would be me popping my blog virginity. After a lot of soul searching and thinking things through logically, I really should do something about my weight.
This will have to be a whole lifestyle change type thing. And I know it is going to take a long long time and this is where I hope that a blog will help, kind of a two-prong attack! First it should keep my mind focused and second the computer is a far distance away from temptation in the kitchen (and as far as I can tell that can only be a good thing!)
At this moment in time I weigh 356.5lb and in the last year have lost (well I say lost!) 2lb. Granted in the middle of that I did give birth to a little boy and lost the 28lb I gained in 2 weeks, so that wasn't too bad I suppose, but from starting weight it doesn't really count!
